Services

Shoreline Wash LLC provides exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, sealing, and related services for residential and commercial properties.

All services are subject to availability, site conditions, weather, and access.

Estimates & Pricing

• Quotes may be provided remotely using photos, maps, or customer-provided information.

• All estimates are subject to change if on-site conditions differ from what was reasonably expected.

• Final pricing may be adjusted for excessive buildup, access limitations, safety concerns, or additional scope not disclosed at the time of quoting.

Scheduling & Access

• The customer is responsible for ensuring access to the service area, including gates, water supply, and electrical access if required.

• Pets, vehicles, and personal items should be secured prior to service.

• Missed appointments or lack of access may result in rescheduling or cancellation.

Weather & Delays

• Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions or safety concerns.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural conditions, or events beyond our control.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late or unpaid invoices may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.

Property Condition & Liability

• Exterior cleaning involves water, cleaning agents, and physical contact with surfaces.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

  • Cracked concrete

  • Loose pavers

  • Failing paint, siding, or sealants

  • Improperly installed surfaces

• The customer acknowledges that some surfaces may reveal underlying wear after cleaning.

Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with our work, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we may review the issue.

Communication Consent

By submitting a request or scheduling service, you agree that we may contact you via phone, email, or text message regarding your quote, appointment, or service updates. Communication preferences and opt-out options are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, or interfere with site functionality.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shoreline Wash LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
